And although bouillon can be substituted for the chicken stock, nought beat homemade chicken stock, the rich flavor of which is wrapped up by the rice.
2 tablespoons olive grease (can use up to 1/4 cup)
1 onion, chopped fine
1 garlic clove, minced
2 cups of environment or long-grain white rice
3 cups chicken stock (or vegetable stock if vegetarian)
1 heap tablespoon tomato blend or 1 cup of diced fresh or cooked tomatoes
Pinch of oregano
1 teaspoon saline
In a roomy skillet brown rice surrounded by olive grease, medium/high bake. Add onion and garlic. Cook onion rice mixture, stirring frequently, around 4 minutes, or until onions are softened.
In a separate sauce tub bring stock to a simmer. Add tomato sauce, oregano, and saline. Add rice to broth. Bring to a simmer. Cover. Lower roast and cook 15-25 minutes, depending on the type of rice and the instructions on the rice bundle. Turn rotten warmth and consent to sit for 5 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.

There are heaps ways of making Spanish rice. There is the puertorican process, Mexican mode and Colombian route etc. etc.
but I suggest you seize a book or hook up next to someone who
speaks Spanish.
Its succulent.
Spanish rice is great, but they are copious ways of making it, I preferred milieu particle rice over long pellet. milieu cooks better.
