2 eggs (yolks separated from whites)
1 cup fresh corn kernals or drained can corn

1 teaspoon sugar

I would move about next to something simple if you want to put the inflection on the chicken... If you want the chicken to stand out after dont over do your sides... intuitively i would do grilled squash and pepper and or perchance some steamed broccoli

Spanish Rice
Makes 4 servings


2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sickly onions, chopped
1 cup rice, white, long particle

1 pinch black pepper
1 Roma tomato, chopped
