My friends say my spaghetti is too spicy. It's in recent times full of flavor. What can I add to counteract the "heat"?

Sprinkle sugar on it. That take the bake out of spicy foods.

I've added a bit of halfnhalf (or whipping) cream or milk depending on what I enjoy at home. If you don't enjoy that you could use yogurt or sour cream. It really help! My husband is Indian and I am forever going for yogurt after curry.

When someone I'm cooking for like food hotter than others,
I withold the 'heat' from the load. I serve the mildly seasoned,
afterwards put in some 'heat' to the amount gone for the heat-lovers.
Just be sure to adjust the amount, or YOU might find it too hot!
