Do you enjoy a fitting recipe for chicken breast strips?

I need a polite recipe for battered or breaded chicken breast strips made from scratch. I don't close to store bought shake n' bake type mixes. Crispy coating is preferred.

Instead of egg, dip them contained by ranch dressing (not the generic stuff, it taste like paste); the actual ranch dressing near the green top.

Sprinkle with your favorite breadcrumb and fry as commonplace.
i made some chicken strips that i coated within egg and then dipped contained by graham cracker crumbs and then fried within oil, next served them with thai peanut sauce... they be AMAZING!
In a bowl, mix 1 cup flour, 1 cup corn collation and 1/2 tsp salt. In another bowl, rhythm 2 eggs. Dip the chicken in the egg, consequently into the dry mixture. If you like it extra crispy, repeat process. Place surrounded by heated skillet with grease. Yum Yum
This is the best recipe for chicken strips ever .. I brand this in voluminous batches twice a month and freeze them. My kids transport them for lunch in wraps, my husband and I put them on our salad and it's soooooo graceful.

Chicken strips
Seasoning salt (like McCormics)
Melted butter
Finely crushed corn flakes

Season the strips near the seasoning salt, dip them contained by melted butter next roll in the cornflakes. Bake the strips at 375 until golden and crunchy (about 30 minutes).

These are really super assured and super yummy .. I got the recipe from Gourmet a few years ago when they did a cubicle on children's birthday parties.
Here is the recipe for the crispy strips I served in my restaurant, and we couldn't fashion them fast ample.

Chicken Strips

1. First make a coating mix of 2/3 flour and 1/3 crushed saltine crackers (you can also use the sensitive without salt). The amount you bring in depends on how many chicken strips you're cooking.
2. Slice the boned, skinned, chicken breasts into strips and place on a platter or plate. How plentiful you cut up is according to how many you want.
3. Beat one egg in a shallow bowl, and set aside. If you find you have need of more, simply beat another one.
4. In another shallow dish, place adequate all purpose flour to coat the strips.
5. In a generous frying pan, append enough grease for frying.

When the oil is hot satisfactory, dredge each strip surrounded by the plain flour, then surrounded by the beaten egg, next in the breading mix, after add to the hot grease.
Cook for 2 minutes on each side...individual until lightly browned. Over cooking will incentive them to be tough and they won't taste nearly as right.
The reason for coating the strips surrounded by plain flour first is so the beaten egg will stick to them.
Repeat next to each strip until adjectives are cooked. Drain them on paper towels as they finish cooking.
Delicious!!
