I'm trying to form bread but I don't own a degree to device the flour exactly. About how masses cups would I inevitability to achieve pretty close to 1 pound?

I expect it's around 2 or 4 but don't lift my work for it. Try working out a ratio of ingredients. Like five parts flour to one piece yeast and so on beside the recipie you're given. later you can start near the ingredients that you can device exactly and afterwards numeral out how much flour you'll requirement.
WELL IF IT IS WHITE, ALL PURPOSE FLOUR THEN…………..1 pound = 4 cups !!
2 cups Will brand a pound.
1 cup equals 8oz and a pound is 16oz
So if you use to 8oz cups of flour it will equal a pound.
