Bologna is made of what the industry language "rendered" meat. The process is long and complex, but the shortest explanation is that the unused meat products and bone are tossed into a pot and cooked until it falls rotten. it is run through a grinder until it is a meat bond, it is consequently seasoned heavily and salted heavily. its finally formed into hulking sticks, cooked, later sliced and package into what you nickname bologna. Bologna traditionally be a better trait meat but moral old-fashioned Americans changed that into what can be term "round spam". Bologna can be all-beef, beef & pork, pork, beef and turkey, or soy TVP (textured vegetable protein).
Bologna is mostly artery clogging podginess, but it does weakness apt, which surrounded by my judgment is a miracle considering what go into it.
