Have you ever made a chocolate pudding cake? They're intended to be super easy (sometimes you can mix em surrounded by the pan) and when you bake it, the batter separates into cake on top and hot pudding below... mmmmm! Betty Crocker's get a good recipe, and I'm sure it's online. Sometimes it's call hot fudge pudding cake.
