There used to be a restaurant call Kenny Roger's Roasters (or something resembling that). They have the best cornbread muffins. They be really sweet, and they truly have pieces of corn contained by them. Does anyone hold a recipe approaching this?

I use Jiffy cornbread mix, beside going on for 3/4 cup of frozen corn kernel mixed within. Bake as directed on the box.
