I am not quite sure what pumpkin ravioli is but I love chocolate gravy, and it sounds approaching a tasty combo to me!
Add cayenne pepperflakes to the chocolate for added bursts of exotic flavor. Not too much very soon...

I really don't like pumpkin ravioli, and I don't similar to the taste combination of pumpkin and chocolate (and you would muse chocolate would go near anything!) so I would say no.
not really...traditionally you would sprinkle a touch bit of brown sugar on top while it is still in the vessel and sautee until the brown sugar starts bubbling...but it never hurts to try somthing new
yes that would distinctly work pumpkin and chocolate go great together that sounds too fitting! white chocolate would be good also
i have chocolate raviolis at little cezars when i was really little, but im not sure i believe surrounded by pumpkin raviolis, but yes it wood work
I don't think so, I would try a butterscotch or caramel.
