A definite simple entity to do beside lemon curd is to buy frozen phyllo cups (little adjectives cups already formed and baked out of puff pastry.) Spoon surrounded by a wipe of lemon curd, after top near whip cream. It's a teeny, tiny lemon pie! And, yeah, you can spread it on toast the style you would spread preserve or marmalade.

Excellent stuff! Yes, own it on toast or crackers. And on donuts. You could also use it as a pie wadding. It's made up of butter, eggs, sugar and lemon. It go through a process where on earth the lemon really curdles the butter and eggs. Have you tried them?
here ya run hope that this is of relief to you!

My fav is between the layer of a white cake, frosted next to sweetened whip cream, or wpread over a sheet cake next top near the whip cream.
Use it as you would Jam, Marmalade or Fruit Jellies. You're with the sole purpose controlled by your imagination. Enjoy.
I love lemon curd!!
My predilection track to chomp through it is contained by a cake!! Cream make it even better! But I usually chomp through it on toast (without butter) because it's more convenient!
I reflect on it might be call 'curd' because the mixture will curdle when you're cooking it if you do it wrong!?!!
