Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp. soda surrounded by 1 c. buttermilk
5 egg yolks
1 cup angel coconut
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla

5 egg whites
Directions:
Cream butter,shortening and sugar.
Add egg yolks and mix resourcefully.
Add buttermilk vanilla make a payment flour.
Beat. Fold surrounded by coconut, pecans and whites. Bake 30 minutes surrounded by medum greased tub at 350 F
Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine butter and cream cheese. Add sugar,nuts and vanilla.

2 c. sugar
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. saline
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Beat eggs and sugar until sticky and creamy. Stir together flour, baking soda, brackish, nutmeg and nuts. Mix crushed pineapple into egg-sugar mixture. Then stir contained by flour mixture until in good health blended.
Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking jar, pour surrounded by batter and roast at 350 degree until done (approximately 30-35 minutes). Reduce warmness to 325 degree for a cup container.
