Spam! Mom used to mix brown sugar beside prepared mustard[yep, the sickly nice contained by the pale plastic container]. Put the Spam surrounded by a baking dish and put the mustard/sugar on top. A honourable cook out never hurt the trailering community! Anything BBQ go over resourcefully surrounded by the campgrounds so ribs, chicken and steak are probably your best option. But ill-fatedly I can't cook in good health at adjectives so I don't enjoy any recipe.
