Trust me, you can sub anything you don't hold and the aroma will still be fantastic. Well, similar to don't sub the eggs, baking powder, sour cream. You know sub the spices and such.
2 Eggs
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Stick of butter room heat
1 Heaping Cup of Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Cup of finely grated Carrots
1 Cup Pecan Pieces (opt)
1 Can of 8 1/4 oz. Crushed Pineapple drained (opt)
Cream butter salt, sugar and eggs. Add Sour Cream, Vanilla, Cinnamon.
Mix contained by Flour, attach cup of finely grated Carrots, and Nuts.
Bake at 350 Degrees surrounded by a loaf vessel for 1 Hour and ten minutes or until done.
I use wooden Skewers to try-out for doneness contained by Quick Breads.
