I am looking for a recipe to make breaksticks which are as similar as possible to the ones served at Noble's Roman's Pizza. Those things are the best! Best recipe for breadsticks resembling Noble's Romans gets best answer.

I’m sorry I don’t know what Noble Roman’s breadsticks are close to. While searching I found a jalape~no breadstick recipe. Even if it not what you want, I am giving it here. Maybe someone will resembling to make them. Good luck on your inquiring!
Jalape~no Breadsticks Recipe
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 medium onion, chopped prevailing conditions fine
Cornmeal
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/4 cup melt water
1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons saline
6 jalapeno chilies, seeded and chopped
1 cup buttermilk
3 1/2 cups bread flour
Sauté onion contained by butter over medium grill until lightly browned. Remove from fry and set aside.
Lightly grease three large baking sheets and sprinkle them near cornmeal. Sprinkle yeast over warm river in a mixing bowl.
Let stand until yeast is dissolved; later stir in sugar, brackish, chopped jalapenos, sautéed onion, buttermilk and 2 cups of the flour.
Beat mixture well. Stir surrounded by enough of the remaining flour to net dough easy to manipulate.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead roughly speaking 5 minutes.
Place in a life-size greased bowl, cover and let rise contained by a warm place until double, going on for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Punch down dough and divide into 4 equal parts. On a floured surface, roll out one part dough to form an 8-inch square.
Using a pierce or pizza cutter, cut the square into 8 equal strips. Place the strips onto prepared baking sheet.
Repeat with remaining portions of dough. Let rise uncovered.
Bake contained by a preheated 400 degree F oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
