What are soft bread crumbs?

I hold a recipe that call for soft bread crumbs. How do I generate them? Do I crumble up white bread? Do I toast it?

Answers:
Soft Bread Crumbs:
Put sliced bread contained by a blender. Process until crumbs form. One slice make something like 3/4 cup of crumbs.

Fine, Dry Bread Crumbs:
Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes. Bake contained by a single shroud on a baking jar at 300 degree F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until dry. Stir a couple times during baking. Let cool, afterwards put into a blender or food processor and process until you enjoy fine crumbs. One slice make give or take a few 1/4 cup of fine crumbs.
