Mmm, reflective fried. Plantains taster close to a mix of bananas and potatoes, but surrounded by a moral process. I get this here recipe from a Puerto Rican restaurant to be exact very soon closed down. These are great as a side dish to spicy food.

ingredients:
3 - 4 green plantains
jar of mediocre to flawless mild salsa
6 - 10 cloves garlic
kosher brackish

Heat grease to 350F. Peel plantains, cut into 1 inch slices. Fry plantains until outside starts to brown. Drain. Smash rounds beneath a verbs frying jar, into chips, give or take a few 2 inches across. Fry rounds till golden brown and appetizing. Drain. Salt to morsel. Serve beside sauce. To get sauce
Dump entire jar of salsa into blender beside peel garlic. Blend till smooth. The sauce isn't supposed to be spicy, but to some extent garlicy.
