Does anyone have a good potato salad recipe?


I love potato salad but can't give the impression of being to find a honest recipe. And some times my potatos are to frozen or to mushy any oblige would be great.

If your potatoes go and get mushy, breed mash potato salad. This be a favorite at our table. It wasn't totally unplanned, it be how it be made with intent. MUSTARD potato salad is best, next to lots of boiled eggs and my restricted spice to append is......shhhhhhh...curry....re... kick it up a dimple and add a distinct flavor. Good luck!

I approaching to serve this near grilled chicken breasts for a great hot weather buffet. My daughter Erica like to put it on a salami poor boy sandwich....don't knock it till you try it!
Ingredients
Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp Creole mustard (Zatarian's is good)
1/2 tsp white pepper
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp Sea saline
Freshly ground black pepper



Salad
8-10 milieu sized red skin potatoes
5 thorny boiled eggs, peel and sliced
1/2 cup minced red onion
1/4 cup sliced green onions (with segment of green tops)
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup diced dill pickle
1 small jar diced pimentos
