Does anybody hold a recipe for "cajun chicken pot pie" ?

here's the recipe

1 chicken, cooked contained by dampen beside celery and onion and boned (reserve broth)
1 (8 oz) pkg. frozen peas and carrot, parboiled 3 minutes
3 potatoes, peel, cubed and cooked
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced (optional)
Dumplings made from pastry or dumpling dough, cooked contained by chicken broth (optional)
Sauce:
1/2 stick margarine
1/3 cup flour
1 pint chicken broth
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup milk
elt margarine and stir within flour. Whisk surrounded by chicken broth. Cook until thicken. Stir within soup and after milk.
Topping:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 stick margarine, melt
1 cup milk

Place chicken, vegetables, eggs, and dumplings within lg. baking dish, making two layer. Pour sauce on top, stir surrounded by if important.

Mix together topping ingredients and spoon or pour on top. Bake at 375 for 30-45 min. until topping is golden brown.

4-6 chicken breasts (boneless/skinless)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
cajun seasoning (to your drink ... profusely if you close to it spicy)

Spread cream of chicken soup contained by the bottom of the crock pot. Place chicken over the top, sprinkle next to cajun seasoning and cook. We serve ours over rice or mash potatoes. - Abilene, Texas!
