I'm 17 and like cooking but usually find i don't enjoy tones of ingrediants. whats something simple i can make the inherited

CREAMY PASTA PRIMAVERA

12 ounces pasta, bowtie noodles
2 yellow squash, sparingly sliced
10 ounces asparagus spears, cut in 2" pieces
8 ounces babe-in-arms carrots, cut lengthwise, partly
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups skim milk
1/4 cup sour cream, light
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon liquid
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

Add pasta to a generous pot of boiling water and cook 10 minutes. Add squash, asparagus and carrot and cook 8 minutes or until pasta and vegetables are tender. Drain and place in a full-size serving bowl.
Meanwhile put flour in a significant skillet. Slowly whisk in milk until blended, taking attention to get into corners of skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high grill, stirring often. Reduce warmness to low and simmer 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens slightly. Remove from boil, whisk in sour cream, mustard, lemon liquid, salt and pepper.

Pour over pasta mixture and stir to mix and coat. Sprinkle next to cheese.

Serving Size: 4

RAPID PASTA (BECKY'S PASTA)

Pasta (half a pan)
1 tin Tuna
Cheese to taste
1 tin Sweet corn
Virgin Olive Oil
Oregano
Pepper
Water

Add a "dash" of virgin olive grease and a generous pinch of oregano to a tub of water. Bring to the boil.
Add Pasta (two handfuls per person), be aware that pasta expands and that your tub is big enough.

Lower fry to a simmer. When the pasta is soft (about 20 mins), turn off the boil, drain the pasta, and leave within the pan. If the vessel is not big enough to stir the contents, move the pasta to sizeable mixing bowl.

Drain any fluids from the Tuna and Sweet corn cans, after add to the pasta. Stir to ensure the tuna breaks up. Add a sprinkle of pepper. Spoon onto plates. Grate cheese onto the top and serve.

Instead of Tuna and Sweet corn try these variation:

Sausage and Tomato (throw in a can of pasta sauce or can tomatoes works too).

Bacon and Sweet corn.

Ham and Pineapple.

This is a nice "fast food" alternative to smaller quantity healthier alternatives, and my daughter loves it!
Ramen noodles next to a side of a fruit or veggie or just Ramon noodles.

economically if your family like lasagna, this is a great SIMPLE recipe. and the ingredients are pretty common. basically make sure you own the ISTANT san remo lasagna sheets.

Instant Lasagna with Meat Sauce

Serves 5

250g San Remo Instant Lasagna
Meat Sauce
2 tablespoon vegetable grease
60g ham, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
1 stick celery, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
500g beef mince
5 tablespoons tomato pulp
125ml dry white wine
375ml water
1 chicken stock cube
saline, pepper and pinch of nutmeg
Cheese Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons plain flour
500ml milk
salt, pepper
125g mozzarella cheese (cubed or grated)
Meat Sauce
Heat grease in a milieu saucepan, add ham and cook kind-heartedly for 3 minutes. Add onion, carrot, celery and garlic. Cook, stirring, until onion is soft. Add mince and cook stirring, until brown.

Stir in tomato mash, wine and water into which stock cube have been dissolved. Season next to salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cover and simmer calmly for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cheese Sauce
Melt butter in prevailing conditions saucepan, stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes over soft heat. Remove from fry and gradually stir within milk. Return to heat and stir until tacky and smooth.

Season with brackish and pepper, add mozzarella and stir over low steam until cheese melts.

Lasagna
Preheat oven to 180oC.

Pour 125ml meat sauce into remains of lightly greased baking dish. Alternate layer of lasagna, meat and cheese sauces, ending near cheese sauce layer. Sprinkle top next to grated parmesan cheese if desired.

Bake in oven for 35 - 40 minutes. (Test by pricking next to fork) Let stand 5 - 10 minutes before serving.

Slow cooker recipe-Buy a roast-1 jar of peppercini's-dump the pepper over the roast-snip of the tips (of the peppercinis) is you like it spicy-cook until you can start shredding the beef and do so while it is surrounded by the cooker-you may have to join water (or another jar of peppercinis)to hang on to the beef from scorching-but you will have the best beef sandwich ever!!
Cook 1 box of mac and cheese and then donate 1 can of drained tuna mix well and serve. a can of green beans or peas ,and a can of sliced peaches or pears as side dishes .
Spaghetti. Just buy 1lb hamburger meat and a can of tomato sauce. Some angel pelt pasta and frozen Texas toast garlic bread. Oh and don't forget about the Parmesan cheese.

3.boil water and add on pasta let boil stirring occasionally for 6 to 7 minutes.
4.while waiting for the marine to boil take the bread and place it on a rack surrounded by the oven (according to the instructions) so it can warm up. TIP- I other sprinkle some shredded cheese on the bread before baking it.
5.After 6 minutes drain pasta and mix near the sauce and meat.

When I was younger, my imperial mom would make the best chicken and rice soup. It is so simple, and so apt. Just get a unharmed chicken and put in a stock pot and cover beside water. Add a open-handed amount of salt and pepper, afterwards boil until the chicken is falling off the bone. Probably 1.5 to 2 hours. Check hose down level frequently and include more if needed. When the chicken is done, remove from broth. Skim any small bones or foam from the broth. Bring broth to a boil and add 1 to 2 cups of white rice (depending on how much broth you own, I like the lapse result to be thick, but soupy. In other words, I resembling lots of rice and chicken in it, but I don't close to the rice to soak up all the broth, KWIM) You can include some butter for flavor. I have done it beside or without. Cook rice until done. In the meantime, remove meat from bones, discarding skin and bones. When rice is done, incorporate chicken to pot. Ladle into bowls, and serve hot with a devout bread (maybe Italian, or some good dinner rolls...I close to snowflake rolls) and real butter. Also, you could make a payment a salad. (You may add some chicken meat or tofu within the soup, or just serve the rice near pan fried fish fillets)

Heat some grease in a saucepan, stir fry 1 clove of chopped garlic & partially finely chopped onions, add partly jar of curry paste near 1/2cup of water, tag on 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, stir till the sauce is smooth. Remove from heat, pour curry sauce on the steamed rice. Sprinkle chopped coriander on top.

You may serve the above rice dishes near pan fried sausages / luncheon meat or boiled vegetables.

Store bought roast chicken, deboned or shredded
lettuce (2 kinds), seperated
2 stalks of celery, cut into cubes
2 cucumbers, sliced
12 cherry tomatoes

Salad Dressing
2 gloves of garlic, crushed
2 slices of fresh ginger, crushed
2 stalks of green onions, finely chopped
1 red chili, seed, finely chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon ground peppercorn
1 tablespoon of sherry, cooking wine
2 teaspoon of sesame grease

1) Heat frying pan or wok on low grill, add sesame grease and stir fry garlic & ginger till golden, add adjectives other ingredients into the pan / wok. Bring to boil. Remove from roast. Let it cool.

2) Serve dressing at the table with heat up roasted chicken pieces top on bed of mix green (cucumber + celery +lettuce leaves) and garnish near cherry tomatoes.

<<<<<<<< Salt baked Chicken Wings >>>>>>>

1 kg chicken wings
400+ g the deep salt
garlic powder
a bit of cooking wine
a bit olive grease

1) Wash the chicken wings and dry them next to paper towels
2) Rub the chicken wing with garlic powder + cooking wine and set aside for 10 mins
3) Preheat oven to 180 amount C
4) Layer a piece of foil onto a baking pan, after layer the brackish fully cover the foil, put a paper towel onto the brackish, brush some olive oil on the treatise towel, then smudge up chicken wings evenly onto the composition towel
5) Cover the chicken wings near another layer of treatise towel (don't forget to put some oil on the daily towel), then make a payment another layer of saline to cover the paper towel up, stamp the salt beside foil
6) Put the the baking pan into the oven to cook for around 30 mins (if the size of the chicken wings is big, heat 5 to 10 more mins.)
7) Take the chicken wings out from the foil, but the chicken wing back to the oven and grill till the skin is crispy (golden)
8) Serve next to ginger dipping sauce + steamed rice

While baking the chicken wings, you can prepare the ginger dipping sauce

30g+ fresh ginger
(crushed or put into a food process to net a paste)
3 table spoon of peanut oil
finely chopped fresh green onions
saline
soy sauce (optional)

1) Heat a frying pan near peanut oil, stir within the ginger paste, fry for 30 sec. to 1 min (add a bit of salt to savour in slightly)
3) Turn stale the heat and mix the green onion into the ginger sauce
4) tag on a few drops of soy sauce into the ginger sauce (if desire)

You can use this method to bake fish (sadines) or tiger prawns (in smaller amount baking time) and serve with freshly squeezed lemon liquid
