Boston Butt?


Im cooking dinner and discern similar to boston butt. Should I try to smoke it or cook it slow or what? What roughly a rub? Which route should I lay the bone? I hear that make a difference on how it will come out. Covered or uncovered?

Yummmmm, nought similar to a nice, tendy Boston Butt to catch the juice flowing! Just remember, if you're not familiarized near this individual meat, it's other best to progress covered.
