It is a remarkably complicated two step process:
Step one - pour root beer into cup. I like Mug brand root beer, intuitively.
Step two - scoop a big serving spoon of vanilla icecream into the cup

Take a high glass and tag on 1-2 scoops of vanilla rime cream.
