Ingredients

4 zucchinis firm and athletic
1 onion grated
1 tomato sizeable peel & chopped
5 tbsp. bread crumbs

3 tbsp. parmesan or cooking cheese grated

Method

Scrape zucchini skins and mop up.

In a container warmth grease, fry onions and garlic for a minute.
