Biscuit mix?

Okay, im using one of those basic biscuit recipes- similar to just for boring ones; s-r flour, egg, sugar, butter and a pinch of brackish.
But anyway, yeah.. what kind of consistency should it hold? It seems kinda gooey.

Answers:
It should be features of like play dough up to that time you start working it.
It depends on the recipe...My family's home-made recipe batter often seem gooey and still wet.

What you should do if you suppose it is too "gooey" is to pinch off a biscuit-sized hunk of it and drop it within a bowl with for a while flour and roll it around in the palm of your foot to cover the whole thing- individual use just "enough" flour, though- not too much or the bisuits will be exceptionally dry... This always works for me- It make the outside golden and the inside warm and moist!
you didn't utter rather or not it is drop biscuits or rollled it really sounds approaching drop and yes they are gooey you can use bisquick and just incorporate water to a gooey consistency and carry biscuits in in a minute time.
