Hey all, second week I stumbled upon a web site call grannyearth.com. The site is awesome and from it I purchased a cook book for weeds and herb (same thing really) which grow commonly around our homes. There is info on how these weed are beneficial to use as well. Every single recipe I tried this far is awesome. Check out the site, and the book which is inexpensive.

Did you know that a "Granny" is an Appalachian permanent status of respect for a "water-witch or witch-doctor" in other words, a woman knowledgeable in the ways of character and the earth? My great-grandmother be such a Granny. It's wonderful to see the art being revived.
