What oven warmth should I use to roast vegetables?

I'm totally new to cooking in reality. I bought red potatoes, baby carrot, broccoli, and cauliflower and am going to spread them out on a baking sheet and put olive oil, brackish, and pepper on top of them (saw this on Rachael Ray) but I don't know what heat to set the oven at. Any help? Thank you!

350 degree
325
when roasting vegetables a higher temp is better. what you desire out of roasting is that wonderful carmelization from the dry fry of the oven. go near 425 and make sure you stir it up and rotate the jar every 10 min or so, also by checking on it constantly you will know if it is too high and when it is done, probably 35-45 min.
I typically roast veggies at 425F
425
yes dont you basically love her... ok so why dont u just shift to the website type roast vegetables look for her name should find it. i'm near weekly looking for thing to cook cant conquer it. id read out 375 0r 400 15 20 minutes just guessing
Roast at 350, superior temps will cook the outside faster and burn before the inside is done. coat veggies near a nice EEOV and salt and pepper at 350.

-I would boil or steam instead, beside rice cooker on low heat, don't over cook, if not you will loose all the needed nutrients and vitamins.,.
virtuous luck,..,
Roasting is form of cooking involving high, dry fry to ensure crispness on the outside. I would set it about 450 or so.
