4 chicken breasts
4 oz soy sauce

1/2 ts garlic powder
1 ts powdered ginger
2 tb onion flakes, dehydrated
3/8 c bourbon
Instructions
Mix adjectives marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate
overnight. Bake at 325, basting frequently for 1 1/2 hours or until
well browned. If you double the recipe create sure that the chicken is
in a single covering.

4 ounces soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 pound chicken leg or thigh meat cut in bite size pieces
Method
Mix the first six ingredients [the marinade] together and pour over chicken pieces contained by a medium bowl.
Cover and refrigerate, stirring habitually, 6 to 8 hours or overnight [preferred].
Bake chicken at 350 for one hour in a single section, basting every
10 minutes. Remove chicken. Scrape pan juice with adjectives the brown bits into
a frying pan. Heat, and tag on 2 Tbs. white wine. Stir and add chicken.
Cook for 1 minute and serve.
The Travelling Gourmet's Stir Fry Chicken with Peppers
Ingredients
4 Boneless Chicken Breasts cut into strips
1 Red Capsicum cut into squares
1 Yellow Capsicum cut into triangles
1 Green Capsicum cut into diamonds
1 Onion cut into strips
Method
Stir fry the lot on illustrious heat near a dash of sesame grease, Nuoc Mam Sauce, Light Soy Sauce, white pepper freshly ground and Oyster sauce.
Garnish with julienne of Spring Onion and Coriander
Serve next to steamed long grain Thai rice

Serves 6
5 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves -- cut into 1-inch strips
3/4 cup Orange juice
1/3 cup Honey
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
2 tablespoons Vegetable grease
4 Green onions -- chopped
2 Large carrots -- sliced
1 Celery stalk -- sliced
1 cup Cashews
6 cups Brown rice -- cooked
Preparation
In a sizeable bowl, combine juice, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch and seasonings.
In a wok or hulking skillet, heat 1 tablespoon grease until it begins to smoke. Stir-fry vegetables for several minutes until the onions become fragrant.
Remove veggies from skillet and boil another tablespoon of oil until smoking and stir-fry chicken strips until browned and tender.
Now append the cooked vegetables, cashews and sauce mixture.
Continue to cook until sauce bubbles and thickens. Serve atop brown rice

This is a wonderful recipe and is glib to make. I appear to be able to prepare it more without delay each time I trademark it.
Ingredients
1 lb. Boneless skinless chkn. breasts, cut into 1 in. pieces
1 Garlic clove, minced
3 tsps. Olive or canola grease, divided
2 tbsp. Reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 pkg. (16 oz) frozen broccoli stir-fry vegetables
2 tsps. Cornstarch
1 tbsp. Cold water
Hot cooked rice
Preparation
In a full-size nonstick skillet or wok, stir-fry chicken and garlic in 2 tsps grease. Add the honey, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until chicken is delicately browned and juices run clear. Remove and hold on to warm.
In indistinguishable pan, stir-fry the vegetables contained by remaining oil for 4-5 minutes or until heated through. Return chicken to the container; mix well. Combine cornstarch and cold wet until smooth; stir into chicken mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened. Serve over rice.
One Dish Bourbon Chicken
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons chicken stock
2 tablespoons bourbon
saline and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a significant skillet, melt butter or margarine and add on olive oil. Saute garlic and onion until translucent. Remove garlic and onion from skillet near a slotted spoon.
Add chicken breast halves to skillet and brown on both sides. Return garlic and onion to skillet. Add broth and bourbon and stir all together. Cover and agree to simmer over very low roast for 20 to 25 minutes, or until chicken is tender and done (chicken juices run clear).

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons peanut grease
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 onions, daintily sliced
1 cup sliced cabbage
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 cups sugar snap peas
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
DIRECTIONS
Heat peanut grease in a wok or voluminous skillet. When oil begin to smoke, quickly stir within 2 cloves minced garlic, ginger root, green onions and salt. Stir fry until onion become translucent, about 2 minutes. Add chicken and stir until impenetrable, about 3 minutes. Add remaining 4 cloves minced garlic and stir. Add sweet onions, cabbage, bell pepper, peas and 1/2 cup of the broth/water and cover.
In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1/2 cup broth/water, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch. Add sauce mixture to wok/skillet and stir until chicken and vegetables are coated near the thickened sauce. Serve right now, over hot rice if desired.
