use prebaked potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Fry them in bacon cooking oil instead of oil or butter and season them beside seasoning salt instead of regular saline
I pinch about 3 sizeable size potato's, peel them and clear up them with cold sea.Dry them with a weekly towel, now clutch the potato over a grater, grate all the potato's up, and small pieces of green pepper and onion, if you want.Put butter or margerine within a pan, I would use margerine, because butter burns to briskly.Pat the potato's into the pan, so it's the shape of the container, cook slowly, until bottom is brown, now enormously careful, flip over beside a spatula, and brown on the other side.It also taste virtuous if you add, crumbled cooked bacon to it!
you could do a theme for your hashbrowns! close to spicy or cheesy or mediterrian. you could try hawiian or jamacian. you try to mix in brand new ingriedients like lemon pepper or something exciting and current. Chives or cream cheese. BE CREATIVE AND NEW!
A firm potato similar to an Idaho works best. Grate peeled, coarse potatoes on the largest oblong side of a metal grater. Drain the potatoes in a colander and after on paper towels to remove the excess dampen in the potatoes. Season near salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried onions or freshly diced onions. You can join cayenne pepper for an extra kick. Mix together all right.
In a large, weighty frying pan, place satisfactory olive oil to coat the bottom of the vessel. Heat the pan on soaring heat. Gently attach large, flattened scoop of the potato mixture. Turn the heat to atmosphere. When one side is crispy and golden brown, flip them with a slotted spatula. Cook the second side.
Drain powerfully on a paper towel. Serve thaw with a dollop of sour cream and a scuttle of hot sauce, fresh parsley as a garnish.
