About chicken.?

I have guest at home, and i want to cook chicken ( grilled). can you suggest me a sauce i can put near the chicken? pls thanks within advance

Answer:
Whisky sauce: Mix whiskey, river, sweet chili sauce and sugar together in a container. I don't tend to use quantities- I just do it to chew, but the general rule is 2 measures of whisky to 1 manoeuvre of water and a teaspoon of the sweet chili and sugar to nibble. Mix all the ingredients together and once you are pleased with the flavour make the addition of cornflour to thicken and heat it on a hob stirring continuously.

I put on alert you the whisky Will make the sauce weakness 'rough' at first but once you cook of the alcohol, the flavour Will become smoother.

The ratio of whisky:water:sweet chili is drastically much a matter of personal essence, it is simply a matter of experimenting.
if you want to put somewhat angst with your recipe...combine catsup, hot sauce and a short time soda water after marinate it for 1 hour then grill it...your company will surely love it...

Jerk bbq sauce
Onion really finely diced
Garlic very finely diced
Mushroom markedly finely diced
Mushroom ketchup to taste
A little lemon liquid
Mixed herbs - or a moment ago tarragon
A little wine - to give rather more fluid.
Ground black pepper.

Fry onion until soft but not coloured. Add the garlic and stir.
Then add mushrooms and contained by gradually give rest of ingredients until you have your sauce.

If you want a "cream of .." sauce affix cream, cremefraiche or Elmlea to the pan. To thicken use the cremefraiche. Serve over some boiled rice and the chicken and a big salad on the side.
