You could make lots of different types of dips, and chips! such as cream cheese and salsa, mixed, you simply filch the whole cream cheese out of the pkg., and join enough salsa, while mixing it (after its sit out long enough to be a tad soft), and simply add plenty salsa, to make the dip pink, within color!! It is out of this world!! My girlfriends and I used to make it within the 80s, when we'd have our "Get together's" and barbecue's and later they come out with it, on tv. as if they invented it!! We invented it right surrounded by our kitchen's!! Experimenting one day!! Haha!! Anyway, you can variety Quacamole!! I have the best recipe for that...... Lots of avacodo's, some brackish (to taste) sour cream, garlic, lemon and lime!! Only add a tad of saline, and lots of garlic, and about a tblspn or two of sour cream, a squeeze of both lemon & lime, and top it near the lime, it keeps it from going brown, during the delegation!! But refrigerate both dips, until the guest arrive , and get those tortlilla chips, next to the scoops, and chex mix, nuts , pretzels.... And from the inventory you have above, sounds to me, similar to you have things already pretty much covered!!Yummo!! Your hubby is so lucky!! Smile!
