Ingredients

5 lbs. flour
1 1/2 oz. salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
2 liters sea
1/2 oz. dry yeast

Directions
Preheat oven on 340o F to 350o F.

Mix water, sugar, saline and shortening for 2 or 3 minutes.

In a heavy-duty mixer, add flour and yeast and knead the dough for 15 minutes. I do it by appendage.
