What is the vitamin we can find surrounded by raddish and mustard?

I love eating raddish,salad or cooked. same as the mustard leaves, I a moment ago cooked it a very simple dish and i am already delighted with it,I've be eating it a long time but I really don't know what vitamins do I go and get in intake those vegetables?Can somebody explain,please?
