You will not regret trying this :)
Don't do EITHER!
We eat so much fish and the best and easiest mode to cook it is to PAN ROAST it.
Get a non stick pan. tolerate it heat at Med High for roughly speaking 3 mins.
take your fish and season next to salt & pepper or garlic saline or whatever you close to.
Put fish in the container and don't touch it for 4 mins. (if you touch it and play with it, it won't sear within the juices)
Then flip it over and cook for another 3 mins.
This is assuming your fish is about 1 inch gooey.
Trust me!! We live near the coast and spend a fortune on Halibut, Seabass, Ahi and I cannot afford to ruin it.
I would recommend doing an internet search similar to this:
"pan roasting Halibut" or anything kind of fish it is and you will take very specific directions.
you can do this!!
