How does one cause a fit mayonnaise at home?



Answer:
MAYO
1 egg yoke
vinegar
oil (olive grease is healthier, but it taste different)
Dijon mustard (Maille can be found at Walmart superstore)
salt & pepper
an electric mixer

Put out adjectives the ingredients from the fridge so when you're ready to cause the mayo,
they are at room temperature

Put the yoke (NO WHITE) within the bowl with a big spoon of mustard, saline & pepper. Mix it well

Then, LITTLE BY LITTLE, give the oil when mixing next to the mixer.
Never stop until the mayo is firm and thick.
Then add on some vinegar to suit your tastes. Stir near a spoon and adjust salt & pepper, mustard to suit your swallow.

You can also replace the vinegar by lemon juice, impressively good too, and join parsley.
And with garlic and parsley, it go very economically with shrimp cocktail, but use lemon liquid.
You can double this recipe if you call for, the healthy portion is use "Pasturized" eggs

Homemade Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 cup olive grease
1/8 teaspoon black pepper, freshly-ground
1/2 teaspoon salt

Prep:
In a food processor or blender, blend the egg and lemon liquid for 10 seconds.
With the processor running, slowly pour within the oil through the nurture tube. Mixture should thicken.
Add the pepper and salt and pulse once or twice to blend.
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least possible 30 minutes before using.
Best if used inside 24 hours.
This recipe yields 1 1/4 cups.
