Pad See Ew (thai noodles)


2 Servings

1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup chicken, sparingly sliced
2 tablespoons buoyant soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lb fresh flat rice noodles
1 egg
1 tablespoon unlit soy sauce
1 lb Chinese broccoli

Cut fresh flat rice noodles into strips of 3/4 inch broad. Sometimes the noodles are sold already cut. Cut Chinese broccoli into 2 inch long pieces. Halve the stems lengthwise because gooey stems nick longer to cook.

Heat a wok to soaring grill and later supply 2 tablespoons of grease. Drop within the chopped garlic and stir. Add the sliced chicken. Stir to cook the chicken. When the chicken is somewhat cooked or turned from pink to oil lamp brown, affix rice noodles. Stir to break up the noodles. Add pallid and depressing soy sauce and sugar.

Stir to mix the seasonings into the noodles and chicken. Open a spot within the middle of the jar, and drop the egg within.
