Answer:
My favorite is frozen mango, frozen raspberries, plain nonfat yogurt, and soy milk
I have an ebook that I could distribute to you full of smoothie recipes that I own been trying out if you would similar to.
I use sherbet and fruit, or for a creamier style use yogurt and fruit. Just pick fruits and flavors you close to best, the possibilities are endless : )
I get the free Kraft foods magazine and contained by one issue last year they have a few good recipe. You could check their site. I'll post the recipe if I remember when I get home.

I be new to smoothies when I made mine in need a real recipe and made it near plain yogurt. Definitely use vanilla yogurt if you go that route.
Put some ice milk and bananas contained by the blender blend it all up and youve get a banana smoothie
STRAWBERRY AND BANANNAS, BLUE BERRY, AND CHERRY.
you can mix any type of friut you want
I love smoothies as ably. I make some pretty chance concoctions, but they are delicious.

For a innards breakfast smoothie I cook 1/4 cup of instant oatmeal in the microwave for 1 minute, consequently I put that, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of vanilla yogurt, peanut butter and some ice into the blender and blend it up till its smooth. Its really tacky and delicious.

If your looking for something somewhat more refreshing, blending some frozen berries, 1/2 a banana, some yogurt and splash of milk makes a wonderful freshing smoothie. (i.e. Using frozen berries is a apt idea instead of rime, since ice can marine down your smoothie. The frozen berries will keep it cold and full of flavor.)

Other fruit to experiment near are canned peaches, pineapple and mangoes. Using different flavors of yogurt is a appropriate idea as in good health. You can substitute orange liquid or apple juice for the milk for a smaller quantity creamy smoothie. Though in my assessment creamy is the best.

I hope you wallow in your new blender and these planning.

You got fruit and yogurt to buy, correct luck!
I don't resembling complicated, so I make a simple smoothie beside frozen blueberries (about a cup), light-n-fit vanilla yogurt (6 oz.) and about a partially cup to a cup of skim or soy milk. I like to follow this recipe using frozen strawberry's and frozen mango's too. I don't close to using ice contained by my smoothies because I feel it waters it down, as long as the fruit is frozen you bring back a nice thick smoothie. Sometimes I will use splenda to sweeten it, and sometimes I will use a soy protein powder.
