I once ordered a book on Secret Restaurant Recipies from the Donahue Show..?

The book contained a recipie for the ORIGIONAL Pizza Hut Super Supreme pizza (circa 1978 or so). Since then they hold changed their recipie and it no longer tastes like peas in a pod. I am looking for a recipie or looking for a copy of that book containing the old recipie,
