A kind Food-FAQ.com contestant had given me this recipe but I have to edit it somewhat bit due to the fact I lately moved down south and my fridge is completely empty. As of in a minute, I am marinating the chops in red juice, ketchup, salt&pepper, honey and worchestire sauce. Cooking instructions say aloud 350 degrees for an hour. However, I also hear broiling will make it fancy better, more juicier and tender. How do I go going on for this and for how long?
P.S. I never broiled before so the more specific you are the better of a sustain it will be.
Thanks in credit.
Answer:
me again! (source of the sauce)
i never actually thought just about broiling the chops after marinading them- i have just ever just baked them within the oven in this sauce. i would assume that the best way is probably to marinade them for a few hours (maybe overnight even?) and when you're prepared just stick them on a barbeque for going on for 15-20 minutes. alternatively grill them for the same amount of time or fry them for nearly 5 minutes each side. i'd love to know how they turn out if you cook them this track!
this recipe came from a feminine friend of mine, Sarah, who i lived with during my student house sharing days. she call it "Kentucky pork chops" although how much it has to do next to Kentucky I'm not sure. glad you liked it anyway.
