Does anyone own a recipe for Plumamouse?

My Aunt who was from Holland used to take home this every Easter and I haven't made it in a few years and lost the recipe!Please give support to me find one ,I so want to make this for my home this Easter....Thanks!!

PLUMAMOUSE


3 cups flour
1/4 cup of warm river
1pkg.of yeast or 2 1/2 tsp.granulated yeast
1/2 stick of butter
3/4 cup scalded milk
3 Tbl sugar
1/4 tsp salt
4 egg yolks
3 to4 lbs. plums.wash,cut in partially and stoned.
Heat milk to scalding,then incorporate butter and 1 1/2 Tbs of sugar stir well until butter and sugar are dissoled.
In a small bowl supply yeast to water near the other 1 1/2 Tbl. of sugar.
Put 2 cups of flour in a roomy bowl and add cooled milk yeast mixture eggs and brackish.Beat well.
Add the more flour and work until dough comes away from sides of the bowl.Dough should be very soft and sticky.[if too gluey add a few teaspoons of thaw out water]
Cover and let rise till double surrounded by bulk.Recipe will make 3 nine inch cake pan.
When dough is ready grease vessel with brawny with butter do not flour your cake tub.
Put a third of the dough in respectively pan butter your hand so dough will not stick to your hands...use your fingers to push dough to outher edges of vessel and all dough is spread .
Place plum halves contained by a spiral cloce together.
SPRINKLE EACH KUCHEN[CAKE] WITH THIS TOPPING.
TOPPING MIX
1 cup sugar
2 Tbl flour
1 1/2 Tbl cinnamon
3/4 cup of butter..1/4 on each jar
mix and sift sugar flour and cinnamon add butter..crumble..sprinkel over respectively Kuchen.
Let sit for rise for 1/2 hour
Bake at 350 degress for 30 to 35 minutes or until sides are golden brown.
You can freeze the kuchen.
Have a slice and a cup of coffee.
