Hash Brown Casserole

1 cup onion, diced
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter, thinly sliced
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream or plain yogurt (optional)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Kraft sharp cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 (2 lb.) pod frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 to 1 cup potato chips or corn flakes

Stir together okay the diced onion, sour cream or yogurt, grated cheese, thinly sliced butter, and Cream of Chicken soup. Add the hash browns and mix resourcefully.
Spread this mixture evenly in a casserole dish and top next to crushed chips or corn flakes.
Bake at 350°F 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Baked Mashed Potato Casserole
Serves 4–6

4 medium russet or red potatoes, cut into billet
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
2 to 4 tbsp. milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 sizeable stalk celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup red pepper, finely chopped
Sea salt to essence
White pepper to taste
2 tbsp. freshly grated Romano Cheese (optional)
Paprika to accessories
Cook the potatoes in boiling salted hose until tender, about 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 450°F.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive grease over medium warmness in a skillet. Sauté the onions, celery and red pepper for 7 minutes, or until tender, stirring regularly. Set aside.

When the potatoes are done, drain them well and return to the cooking pot. Add the butter and the milk. Mash together economically. Add the sautéed vegetables. Season the mixture to taste near sea brackish and white pepper.

Spread the remaining tablespoon of olive oil contained by an 8x8 or 9x9 casserole dish. Spoon mashed potatoes into the dish and sprinkle next to grated Romano cheese and paprika. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

2 Idaho potatoes, large
2 sweet potatoes, massive
2 Tablespoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup vegetable grease

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix adjectives spices together. Peel the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes in partly, then cut on the diagonal into equal size pieces. Place the potatoes surrounded by a large bowl near the vegetable oil and toss to evenly coat.
Sprinkle next to the Cajun spices and toss to evenly coat.

Place the potatoes on a cookie sheet and bake surrounded by 400-degree oven until tender-approximately 40 minutes depending on the size of the potato pieces.

GERMAN FRIED POTATO PANCAKES

5 lbs. potatoes
2 lg. sweet onions
2 lg. eggs
1/2 c. self-rising flour
Salt & pepper to taste

Grate potatoes and onions together. Pour past its sell-by date excess juice, mix within eggs then append enough flour to thicken. Salt and pepper to tang. In large iron skillet, fry cooking oil; drop mixture into hot grease (about 2 inches pancakes). Brown to crisp on both sides. Serve hot.
You will involve a slow cooker for this recipe.

26-oz. package frozen shredded hash browns
3 tablespoons grease
2 cups chopped ham, optional
2 10 3/4 ounce can cream of potato soup
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
16 ounce container sour cream
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

1. Brown hash browns in grease skillet. Transfer to slow cooker.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
3. Cover. Cook on low 3 hours.
