Tapas
have some tapas! if you're have a spanish meal. start beside little plates with jamon serrano (similar to prosciutto), chorizo, manchego cheeses, spanish olives and fresh baguettes so your guest can assist themselves..also tortilla (not mexican tortilla) but a spanish one...it like a potato fritatta.hold some spanish wines I recommend "Marques de caceres" it will go okay with you lunchtime.
ps: please send me some paella!
Tapas unambiguously.
You can keep it simple beside some dried meats such as chorizo, and Serrano ham. You can also include some cheese as ably - Manchego is great, or feta. Pimenton which is roasted red peppers.
In the supermarket, you can find olives that are stuffed beside garlic cloves and pimenton, which are very yummy.
You can make a huge platter and have your guests minister to themselves. Enjoy!
