My brownie recipe yields 24 servings beside a temperature of 325 F for 40 minutes contained by a 9X13 inch pan. If I want to brand name more than 24 or half than 24 servings consequently how much time and temperature do I obligation to adjust. Also does time and temperature stipulation to be adjusted if I use a different jar size?

For most recipe the baking temperature is duplicate, whether you make a single, double, or triple delivery of anything. So if you double the recipe, two 9x13 pans of your brownies will still boil for 40 minutes, if you put them in the oven at duplicate time.
Changing the pan size is a bit tricky because you might expiration up with batter i.e. thicker or thinner than with what you would find in the artistic recipe. You could end up next to crispy brownies or ones that are raw within the center.
Trial and error is the only style to go. If the batter is thinner, trial for doneness (toothpick test) 5-10 minutes before the recommended time (30-35 minutes). If the batter surrounded by the pan is thicker, 5-10 minutes after (45-50 minutes).
In any situation, if the brownies are still under cooked, it is safer to walk off them in the oven, but turn the oven stale. The heat remaining will cook the brownies minus burning them. Check after another 10 minutes for doneness.
