I have a recipe that I hold used in days gone by to make Crepes, but the entry is I don't have any Plain Flour surrounded by the house at the moment, but I do have Raising Flour!
Therefore I am curious, if I used Raising Flour surrounded by the following recipe instead of Plain Flour would it matter? Would I extremity up with giant Crepes, or would they infact be something else, approaching pancakes for example?
