Please use as few ingredients as possible. I'm making a bunch of these for a bake mart at my church.
Answer:
Almond Pound Cake
1 package (2 layer) white cake mix
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 massive eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup veg. grease
1 tablespoon almond extract
3/4 cup sliced almonds
confectioner's sugar for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 10 inch bundt vessel.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, grease, and almond extract in a massive bowl. Beat on low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Then lick at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir surrounded by almonds. Pour into pan.
Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted surrounded by center comes out clean. Cool container 25 minutes. Invert on to cooking rack. Cool completely. Dust with confectioner's sugar.

Duncan Hines has a Devil's Food Cake mix (chocolate) that have the recipe for a pound cake on the side of the box. It's very glib to follow and it tastes mouth-watering. Bon Appetit!
I get this recipe from my cake decorating instructor, it's remarkably simple and very correct.
1 box cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. flavoring
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup water
1/3 cup grease
Mix as you would any cake. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
Note: I, personally, mix adjectives dry and wet ingredients within separate bowls then pour the liquid over the dry.
If you want to extend the batter of you cake mix follow the the directions below, but if you are looking for quick and comfortable follow the top.

Use this extender for higher and lighter cake
1 (18.25 ounce) box cake mix (any flavor)
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup marine
Prepare cake mix per package directions. Combine remaining ingredients and donate to batter. Pour into greased pan(s) and bake per roll directions, adding 15 extra minutes to baking time.
