Ox tail, any body know a biddable recipe for this using a slow cooker ?

Chop Ox-tail into bite size pieces - place in bowl and pour over Balsamic vinegar and Worcester sauce to trademark marinade. Leave to stand for about 1 Hr. In meantime outer layer and chop an onion and several cloves of garlic. Strain off Ox-tail from marinade (save Marinade to cause gravy with). toss Ox-tail in Tbls plain flour. Heat grease on large frying vessel - fry onion and garlic until sweated down and beginning to turn brown. In meantime supply 2 Tsps Bisto powder and Oxo cube and stir well to marinade and generate gravy with it. Add Ox-tail into frying jar and flash fry for 3 - 4 minutes until meat is cooked through. Pour Marinade/gravy over ox-tail, onion and garlic in frying jar. Add whatever other vegetables (previously peel and chopped) you choose into frying pan and bring to boil. When gravy begin to thicken - pour whole contents of frying vessel into slow cooker and cook through for 3 - 4 hours

Season the oxtails liberally beside seasoning salt. If you don't hold this, use salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Let this marinate for a few hours to overnight. Let them brown within a frying pan and afterwards put them in the slow cooker. Add 2 sliced onions on top, 3 cloves of diced garlic and 1 can of diced tomatoes. You will want to season this mixture again beside seasoning salt. Let it cook on low for give or take a few 8 hours.

Spanish Style Braised Oxtails

INGREDIENTS:
3 to 4 lbs oxtails, disjointed
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 cups beef stock
3/4 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup tomato sauce
6 peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 dried red chile pepper, seed, chopped
2 whole cloves
2 carrot, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 potatoes, cut in chunks
brackish and pepper, to taste

PREPARATION:
Brown oxtails on adjectives sides in grease in skillet. Add onions and garlic and cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle flour over the meat, blend all right and cook 2 minutes longer. Put potatoes in bottom of crockpot, along next to carrots.
Add oxtails and remaining ingrecients. cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
