Stuffed manicotti?

what is the stuffing mixture made of? I think its cheese and something else?
I want to engender this for my family, can you please backing?

8 manicotti, uncooked
1 (30 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon saline
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup mozzarella cheese


Preaheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bring 4 quarts of dampen to a boil; add saline if desired. Place noodles in river and boil for 9 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold wet to prevent sticking.
While noodles are boiling, brown meat in a massive skillet. Drain and add spaghetti sauce; set simmer for 5 minutes, next turn off warmth.
In a bowl, combine eggs, 1 cup mozzarella, half of the ricotta, parmesan and seasonings.
Pour a section of meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish, using partially of what you have.
Using a spoon or piping purse, fill the noodles beside the cheese mixture and place on top of sauce. Spread remaining ricotta on top and blanket with remaining sauce and mozzarella. Bake, covered, for 40 minutes.
it depends on what gentle you want to make but it usually is ricotta cheese near an egg yolk mixed in to firm it up. you can donate parmesan cheese to the mix to. after that you can add what ever flavors, herb, and spices you like

Use ricotta cheese, it is a soft cheese. I also used chopped up spinach and cottage cheese mixed within with the ricotta...mix it adjectives up add some parmasan cheese and stuff those shells, next cover with the sauce you are going to use.sooo yummy.

12 uncooked manicotti

1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon saline
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 cups prepared spaghetti sauce

1. Par-boil Manicotti noodles, drain.
2. Place in a bowl of cold sea to prevent sticking.
3. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4. Combine eggs, 1/4 cup of the parmesan cheese, 1/2 of the mozzerella,cheddar and ricotta cheeses and the seasonings.
5. Drain shells, pat dry beside paper towels.
6. Fill shells next to cheese mixture, spread 1/2 cup of the prepared spaghetti sauce over bottom of shallow 3 qt. baking dish.
7. Arrange filled shells over sauce; cover near remaining sauce and spoon remaining ricotta over each shell.
8. Sprinkle beside remaining mozzerella, cheddar and parmesan cheeses.
9. Bake covered loosely with foil for 40 minutes.
