I would agree with Hannah. For a fun brand new way to cook fish, try using the dishwasher. Great for entertaining, as it other leads to discussion. Stuff your fish (lemon,onion, butter... anything you want to use) then wrap it carefully in aluminum foil. Make sure it is ably wrapped so no water get in. Place the fish on the top rack of the dishwasher and run a cycle. (NO SOAP!) Remove, unwrap,and serve. Enjoy!
