I have to agree beside Jane & Jaime. I faithfully examine Giada's show and she has some awesome recipe.
I own over 40 cookbooks, and there are oodles to select Italian recipes from, but again...Everyday Italian is the best so far.

There are so many wonderful Italian cookbooks but I basically keep going rear to The Soprannos Family Cookbook. The Italian recipes are terrific, lots of pretty pictures and tips throughout the entire book. My favorite recipe in the book is the Italian Meatball soup.

Marcella Hazen has written several Italian cookbooks and they are wonderful. She have won several awards for her cookbooks from chefs in the industry. Her recipe are authentic, somewhat traditional, and they always turn out superbly. I would budge to a good bookstore that have a cookbook section and check her out for sure. She is a classic.
