How going on for baked salmon, mashed potatoes and a salad? That's what we have the other night, and it be pretty good. Also, if you sort too much salmon, it goes really resourcefully on bagels the next morning.

Boil about 6 eggs for 13 to 15 minutes. Don't consent to them boil too long or they'll get a unlikeable grey surface on the yolk.
Put the cooked eggs quickly into a pot of cold marine for a minute to cool them, and to loosen the shells. Crack and peel the shells bad the eggs. Get every bit of shell off.
Put the eggs into a big bowl and use a potato-masher to push on them, a moment ago as you would mash potatoes. Add two big tablespoons of mayonnaise. Add saline and pepper until you like the nibble. Mix it all economically.
