Thank you!
Answer:
Sure! It's just a 'mini-meatloaf'.
Use a angelic ground chuck. Round or ground sirloin lacks fat and will be amazingly dry. Add your favorite spices, seasoning salt, etc.
If you're doing a pound or more of ground chuck, add on one egg. This will help preserve the patty together and incorporate moisture. If you are doing a single, make it a nice big one, and lift out some insurance by slipping a pat of butter into the middle of it.
Bake at 350, and, if you are so equipped, put it on a rack so it doesn't sit in it's own grease. Cook to 120 degree (F) for medium, 135 for well-done. Enjoy!
You can broil a hamburger in the oven. Set your oven to the broil setting and move your oven rack up close to the top. Place your burger in a container and put under the leader. Watch it so it won't burn and make sure to flip it.
I've done it before freshly put the Oven on grill and the patties on a tray and cook it resembling you would on a braai it worked fine for me
Broil it
You sure can. Broiling is faster. It can be messy so line your container with foil.
Sure you can bake or broil burgers. Or, you can breed meatloaf or meatballs. Bake at 350 and check the center for pink to be gone.
