How do you spawn a GREAT breakfast burrito??

theres a place near my house but im moving soon and im going to miss every bit of their greeat breakfast tacos and i be wondering if any of you knew how to label AWESOME breakfast burritos. (tortilla and salsa and all)

i preferably like sausage, potatoe,egg, and bacon but im not gunna be picky...of late anything delicious!

Weekend Breakfast Burritos
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients

1 tb butter or margarine
8 eggs; bested
1/4 ts pepper
2 c diced Canadian bacon
6 8-inch flour tortillas
1 1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter surrounded by large skillet over medium-high
steam. Add eggs, pepper, and bacon; cook and stir about 5 minutes or until
eggs are firm but moist.
2. Spoon egg mixture evenly onto respectively tortilla. Top each beside 1 tablespoon
cheese. Roll up tortillas tightly. Place, seam side down, in ungreased 13 x
9-inch {3-quart} baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over tortillas.
3. Bake at 400 degree for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. If
desired, serve near sour cream and salsa.

* While the burritos bake, assemble bowls of chopped green chiles, salsa,
and
sour cream.

SERVING SUGGESTION: To complete the breakfast or brunch menu, serve the
burritos next to jalapeno corn muffins, cut-up fresh fruit, mixed fruit
juices,
and coffee.

I like egg, chorizo, cheese, beans, hot sauce, and lettuce within mine.

Breakfast Burrito Filling

6 servings 20 min 5 min prep

2 cups cubed cooked potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 cup ham or bacon or beef or pork, cooked and chopped
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk or sea
1 tablespoon margarine or butter

<Melt margarine in skillet.
Brown the potato, onion, pepper, and garlic within the skillet (until the vegetables are tender).
Add the meat and heat until the meat is heated through.
Mix the eggs next to milk or water, and pour over the meat and veggies.
Cook, stirring, until the eggs are done.
Spoon into flour tortillas, along near 1 tablespoon of grated cheese per tortilla.
Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
I like to create burritos with fried potato ( i cube the potato next fry it in grease, maybe next to onions), scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, cheese, salsa, olive, and cilantro. Sometimes black beans.
Just put all the ingredients contained by a warm flour tortilla. Sometimes i variety a bunch of these then freeze them, they grill up in 1 or 2 mins within the microwave. You just can't add on the salsa ahead of time because it'll be watery when you reheat it
